| We can't say enough about Bruce Wingert and the manner in which he helped us with our move. While we were very excited to move to Cedar Falls, there was also stress involved, as we had to sell a home out of state and find a new one before starting our new job position - all within two months.
On a May weekend, Bruce spent three full days with us, helping us search for a home. Prior to that, he was in continual communication with us informing us of what was available in the area - along with providing us invaluable information about Cedar Falls. Bruce's insights proved to be incredibly helpful in narrowing our search. We have never met anyone as patient as Bruce. He never minded if we took our time in each house, or if we wanted to see a home several times. He made us feel like he had all the time in the world for us. By the end of the third day, we returned to Illinois knowing that not only had we found a tremendous Realtor, but that we'd made a friend in Bruce.
When we decided on a house, Bruce assisted us in setting up the home inspection and tending to many details on our behalf becasue we were so far away. Likewise, his incredible service didn't end on the day of closing. After the closing, he tied up some loose ends and checked in with us several times to make sure everything was going all right as we settled into our new home.
